Terms of Service
Last updated: April 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Maverick RV Repair LLC (“Maverick RV Repair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, scheduling system, automated phone assistant, text-message communications, and the on-site repair work we perform on your recreational vehicle. By scheduling service, accepting a quote, or texting us, you agree to these Terms.
The short version. We come to your rig and fix it. You agree to let us know about safety issues up front, to pay for authorized work, and to give us reasonable access to the vehicle. We agree to do honest work, give you a clear estimate before we start, and stand behind what we do.
1. Who we are and what we do
Maverick RV Repair LLC is a Florida limited liability company providing mobile RV repair services in Brevard County, Florida and surrounding areas. We service appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, slide-outs, roof systems, and general repairs on motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and similar recreational vehicles.
2. Scheduling and service area
- Service is by appointment only. We confirm appointments by phone, text, or email.
- Our primary service area is mid-to-south Brevard County, Florida (including Palm Bay, West Melbourne, Indialantic, Melbourne Beach, Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Malabar, Grant-Valkaria, Rockledge, Cocoa, Viera, Merritt Island, and Micco). Service outside this area is at our discretion and may include a travel surcharge.
- We may need to reschedule for weather, prior-job overruns, parts delays, or safety reasons. We will notify you as early as possible.
3. Estimates, authorization, and payment
- We provide an estimate before performing significant work. The estimate covers labor, parts, and fees expected at the time of quoting.
- You authorize work either in writing (signature, text confirmation, email) or verbally on a recorded call. We will note the method of authorization in your job record.
- If we discover additional issues during the work, we will pause and contact you for authorization before proceeding, unless the additional work is necessary to safely complete the originally authorized work.
- Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless other terms have been agreed in writing. We accept payment through Stripe (credit and debit cards) and any other methods listed at the time of invoicing.
- Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Florida law, whichever is lower.
- Returned-payment fees and credit-card chargeback recovery costs may be assessed where permitted by law.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
- You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment at any time before the appointment start time, at no charge.
- If we arrive on-site at the scheduled appointment time and the rig is inaccessible, the customer is unavailable, or we cannot safely perform the work, a trip-charge fee equal to our minimum service call applies.
5. Parts, warranty, and limitations
- Our workmanship warranty: we warrant our labor for 90 days from the date of completion. If our work fails within that period, we will return to repair or replace the work at no labor charge.
- Parts: parts are warranted by their manufacturers, not by us. We will pass through the manufacturer warranty and assist with warranty claims where possible.
- Pre-existing conditions, including brittle plastic: we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, prior unauthorized repairs, neglect, accident, or modifications made by others. This expressly includes brittle, sun-degraded, or aged plastic components — common on RV trim, fittings, fasteners, valve bodies, fixtures, and housings — which may crack, snap, or fail during normal disassembly or repair work despite our reasonable care.
- Owner-supplied parts: if you supply your own parts, we cannot warrant the parts and our labor warranty does not extend to failure caused by those parts.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the RV, the symptoms, and any prior repair history.
- Disclose known safety issues (gas leaks, electrical faults, structural damage) before we arrive.
- Provide reasonable access to the rig at the scheduled service location.
- Remove personal belongings or pets from areas we will be working in.
- Ensure the service location is safe to work in, including reasonable lighting, level ground, and clearance.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, MAVERICK RV REPAIR LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST USE, LOST VACATION TIME, LOST RENTAL INCOME, OR TOWING COSTS, EXCEPT WHERE FLORIDA LAW EXPRESSLY PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATIONS.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Disputes and governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
- Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at maverickrvrepair@gmail.com or (321) 368-8916 and give us 30 days to resolve the issue in good faith.
